Winter prices 2024/25

• All prices are per day for a stay of minimum 7 days. Accommodation, bed linen, heating, water, electricity, final cleaning and some taxes are included in price, with the exception of tourist tax of 2.50 € per person over 14 years old per day.
• Reductions 
  Children under 3 years  can stay overnight free of charge (except during high season).
• Price for one person in apartment on request.    
• Booking 
  The booking is confirmed upon payment of deposit (booking confirmation) and the sending of booking confirmation. 
• Payment 
  You can pay with cash, by cheque and by bank transfer.  We don't accept credit cards.

• Arrival and departure 
  Holiday flats are ready after 14:00 on arrival day. On departure day we ask you to vacate the flat by 9:30.  
  

Cancellation policies in accordance with Art. 1382 ZGB 
Bookings may be cancelled up to 3 month prior to the set arrival date free of charge. Cancellations made up to 30 days before set arrival date: 30% of agreed total price. Cancellations made after 30 days before set arrival date: 70% of agreed total price. Sudden departure, late arrival or “no show”: 100% of the total amount.
Please let us know in good time if you have to cancel your holiday.
